Job summary

UN Women advocates for gender equality and leads strategic partnerships worldwide. The Programme Management Specialist will coordinate enhancements to PGAMS, RBCA, and the Assurance Module, aligning with regional offices and partners to meet governance and reporting needs.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective system solutions, supporting audits, and developing guidance and training materials to strengthen UN Women’s corporate systems and performance oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programme or partner management with oversight or compliance.
• Knowledge of programme partner and grant management lifecycle across full lifecycle.
• Experience writing business requirements and user testing for corporate systems is desirable.
• Experience coordinating audits or assurance work with independent auditors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enhancements to PGAMS and related modules.
• Review requirements with regional PGAMS focal points and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training content.
• Provide user support for PGAMS, RBCA, and Assurance modules.
