Job summary

UN Women seeks a Programme Management Specialist to oversee Partner Grants and Agreement Management System enhancements and risk-based capacity assessments. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related field.
• Experience writing business requirements and user acceptance testing for corporate systems.
• Knowledge of risk-based capacity assessment, assurance or audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enhancements to the PGAMS, online Risk-based Capacity Assessment and Assurance Module.
• Sign-off scope/requirements/wireframes with offshore development team and perform user acceptance testing.
• Consult with Regional PGAMS Focal Points on new requirements and enhancements.
• Review data linkages, technical architecture and documentation updates.
• Provide user support on PGAMS, RBCA Module and Assurance Module.
• Finalize business requirements for the next phase of PGAMS modules and dashboards.
• Coordinate annual Assurance planning and validation with UN Women offices and auditors.
• Develop automated reporting templates and oversight tools for KPIs and dashboards.
