UN Women invites applications for a Programme Management Specialist to enhance the Partner Grants and Agreement Management System and related risk-based assessments. You will collaborate with regional focal points to refine requirements, acceptance tests, and documentation for knowledge sharing across UN Women offices.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s degree with 5+ years in programme/partner management, governance, or corporate systems, and have strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Relations, Political/Development Studies, or related field.
• First-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience accepted.
• Experience writing business requirements and coordinating with auditors is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Translate business processes, policies and audit recommendations into clear requirements for corporate systems.
• Oversee Programme Partner Management lifecycle, including initiation, monitoring, and closure modules.
• Coordinate audits or assurance work with independent auditors and consolidate findings.
• Develop guidance, training materials, and dashboards to strengthen oversight.
• Manage knowledge-building efforts and share best practices across offices.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver results on time and within scope.
