Job summary

UN Women is seeking a Business Function Specialist within the SPU to drive strategic planning, PMR processes, and RBM for the PRISM platform. You will work across HQ, regional and country offices to implement 2027 system enhancements and ensure dashboards meet user needs.

The role requires 5+ years of results-based planning experience, strong RBM knowledge, and coordination of corporate system requirements. Fluency in English is essential, with additional UN language skills desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of results-based planning, monitoring and reporting experience.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating business and functional requirements for corporate systems in UN context.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Finalize FRD for 2027 system enhancement and coordinate testing and rollout.
• Coordinate testing and validation of enhancements for end users in HQ and field offices.
• Lead the rollout process, including pilot testing and user feedback collection.
• Document integration requirements to ensure PRISM functions as central monitoring and reporting platform.
• Promote AI and analytics within PRISM to improve decision-making.
