Job summary

OMD seeks a Senior Programmatic Leader to drive strategy and testing across the programmatic ecosystem, partnering with the Omnicom Center of Excellence to shape channel innovation and best practices. You will guide activation teams to deliver integrated campaigns that push performance and growth.

The role requires deep data fluency, strong client relationships, and the ability to translate insights into effective media strategies across digital and direct channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ experience in digital with heavy programmatic and direct media skills
• Deep technical expertise on data and digital
• Omnichannel perspective and know-how
• Strong technical knowhow with high level strategy and creative tactics

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic strategy for agency partners and supervise strategic testing across the programmatic ecosystem
• Partner with Omnicom Center of Excellence to develop and improve ways of working and viewpoints on channel innovation
• Drive programmatic thought leadership within the holistic process with agency activation teams
• Develop activation strategy across channels and buy types to deliver partner goals
• Lead and develop Playbook, Roadmap, Learning Agenda and Engagement Model for the programmatic channel
