Job summary

Qualifications

• Around 1 to 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising, media, AdTech, or related areas.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising or the digital media ecosystem is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners of varying seniority.
• Comfortable reading reports, spotting trends, and knowing when something needs attention.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about programmatic advertising and technology.
• Organized and disciplined, able to manage a portfolio of partners and competing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of partners and serve as a reliable contact.
• Help onboard new partners onto Maestro and ensure a smooth start.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues and unblock partners quickly.
• Monitor partner and deal activity and flag growth opportunities and at-risk accounts early.
• Build expertise on Maestro and Equativ capabilities to support and educate partners.
• Maintain a living knowledge base on partner motivations and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, including new formats and deals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations to keep needs visible and moving.
• Track open items and follow through until resolved.
• Stay current on programmatic, curation, and AI developments.
