Serve as primary recruiting advisor for assigned industry sectors.
Develop global sector recruiting plans and targeted strategies.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of assigned lateral partner searches.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Manage relationships and performance of search firms and networks.
Produce pipeline reports, compensation data, and hiring analyses.
Protect sensitive information and ensure confidentiality.
