Job summary

Rose International is seeking a creative Growth Marketing Manager who will support programmatic paid marketing efforts for Credit Karma on a contractor basis in Charlotte, NC. You will work with the Paid Marketing team to drive new member growth and revenue, manage programmatic campaigns end-to-end, optimize bids and audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of marketing experience, a relevant degree, hands-on programmatic

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience or related field.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or technical discipline.
• Hands-on programmatic/paid digital experience including audience targeting and optimization.
• Experience with marketing strategy, opportunity assessment, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scaling programmatic marketing programs across DSPs and other channels.
• Support campaign setup, trafficking, and day-to-day optimization (bids, budgets, audiences, creative).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor data quality and performance.
• Analyze data and communicate major findings to the marketing team.
