California Lottery seeks a Program Technician to provide specialized technical services to winners, players, retailers and sales staff. The position operates under the supervision of the Lottery Manager (Sales) and requires familiarity with the Duty Statement for detailed duties.

Headquartered in the San Diego District Sales Office, the role is on-site with a standard 8am–5pm schedule and no telework option.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles, including handling challenging customers and retailers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of basic research and data gathering and record-keeping techniques.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable, but not required.

Description du poste

Under close supervision of the Lottery Manager (Sales), the Program Technician is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to providing specialized technical services to Lottery winners, players, retailers and sales staff. Please see duty statement for specific duties.

This position requires a current Program Technician exam. If you need to take the exam or if your score has expired.

This position is headquartered at the San Diego District Sales Office. This position is not eligible for telework.
