From managing front desk responsibilities and coordinating appointments to assisting with data entry and office organization, the Float OSS plays a vital role in maintaining efficiency and responsiveness across CVA locations. Their adaptability, flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to service make them a valuable asset in advancing VDH’s mission to protect and promote the health of all Virginians.
