C2 Global Professional Services, LLC (C2 GPS) seeks a Program Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for workforce center staff and customers in Texas. The role includes ensuring program compliance, coordinating participation hours, and assisting with hearings.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and examines compliance reports to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Monitors customer communications; coordinates participation hours and files documentation in the case file.
• Participates in customer hearings and submits relevant documentation.
• Seeks out new ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
