C2 GPS- Capital Area Workforce is looking for a Program Support Specialist to support workforce center staff and provide technical assistance to customers. The role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of workforce development, and proficiency in technology. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with safe driving record.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews compliance reports for alignment with program requirements.
• Monitors contacts and participation hours for customers.
• Participates in customer hearings and submits documentation.
• Seeks ways to improve workforce services.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
