Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Support Specialist in Sterling, VA to support the PMO in pursuit, order, capture, and execution of programs. The role emphasizes development and execution support, with coordination across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance in onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.

The successful candidate will bring IPT teamwork, disciplined analysis, and strong communication to manage tasks on complex programs and proposals while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing portions of complex development and production programs and proposals under the guidance of a senior program manager.
• Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise on issues.
• Represents organization as a prime contact on key issues.
• Supports PMO in pursuit, order, capture, and execution of programs.
