Job summary

RTX's Sterling, VA program team is seeking a Program Support Specialist to assist the PMO with pursuit, order, capture, and execution of programs, including financial reporting, risk management, subcontract oversight, and cross-functional coordination across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance in onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.

Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience; The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage portions of complex development and production programs and proposals under the guidance of a senior program manager.
Plan schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives; network with senior internal and external personnel.
Represent organization as a prime contact on key issues; communicate across multiple organizations, especially in hybrid environments.
