Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role involves collaborating with program management on proposals, deliverables, and contract administration across federal, local and commercial customers.

Qualifications

Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure; managing interruptions.
Must be an effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong multitasking and computer skills in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Program Management on business and contractual matters, including proposals, deliverables, reporting and funding issues.
Maintain proposal, project and contract documentation and contract repositories.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and assist with monthly and financial reports.
Prepare briefs, plans, spreadsheets, and other material for reviews.
Design and produce technical documentation, reference guides, and presentations.
