Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in Charleston. You will help manage proposals, contracts, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with terms and funding.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and coordination across teams to support both federal and commercial clients. You will prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence, organize meetings and templates, and ensure timely delivery of documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be an effective communicator with strong written and oral skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on proposals, deliverables and reporting.
• Maintain contract and project documentation and ensure compliance.
• Serve as focal point for issue resolution including commercial terms.
• Prepare monthly and financial reports and briefs for leadership.
• Organize meetings, templates, and documentation for proposals and contracts.
• Draft and proofread contract materials and executive summaries.
