Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Naval Shipyard Sr. Advisor to liaison with the DRPM Subs program office and provide technical, logistic, and management support at private shipyard facilities to maintain cost, schedule, and performance of submarine maintenance and modernization.

Requires active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 10+ years of submarine maintenance/modernization experience; Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; alternate: HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and resolve submarine maintenance availability issues with the Supervisor of Shipbuilding.
• Advise shipyard managers on cost, schedule and performance across planning and execution phases.
