Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of progressive experience in avionics or related field, or Master's with 10 years.
• 8+ years designing, developing, deploying avionics systems.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• 4+ years building product line investments and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured analyses translating airspace modernization concepts into avionics capability definitions.
• Manage new products/services and set objectives for large programs; own workforce accountability.
• Oversee geographic areas, business segments, or large programs for performance.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from inception to delivery and after-market support.
• Chair IPTs and manage contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain company-wide P&L responsibility for value streams; manage risk.
