Job summary

Women Helping Women in Butler County is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead crisis intervention services for survivors and to supervise a team of advocates, volunteers, and interns. You will develop program goals, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the Director to improve training and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Human Services, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering direct services in SA/DV/crisis intervention and advocacy.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, databases, and email.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision of advocates, volunteers, and interns with hiring/training/scheduling feedback.
• Oversee Butler County crisis intervention services and implement policies and tools.
• Provide direct crisis intervention and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
