Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Program Supervisor 2 to lead two programs: Supported Employment and Community Participation. You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities, ensure objectives and budgets are met, and perform direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, supervisory experience, and strong communication and computer skills. A valid driver's license may be required, and travel could be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings within required timeframes.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on location, daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of two programs: Supported Employment and Community Participation.
• Ensure objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as per schedule.
• Assist and supervise staff to promote inclusive community participation for individuals served.
