Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Program Supervisor 2 to lead two programs: Supported Employment and Community Participation. You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities, ensure objectives and budgets are met, and perform direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, supervisory experience, and strong communication and computer skills. A valid driver's license may be required, and travel could be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR trainings within required timeframes.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on location, daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications.

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisors 2 to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities. As a Program Supervisor 2, you will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of two programs- Supported Employment and Community Participation. This position ensures Keystone Human Services, and its subsidiary programs, meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule and programmatic needs.

Job Details

• Full time, non-exempt position
• $24.50 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field
• Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
• One year of supervisory experience
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain the required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes as applicable
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
