Job summary

A high school diploma with related experience, or higher degrees, is preferred; supervision experience is valued and required trainings will be completed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree (60 credit hours) with one year of experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure programs meet objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements while performing direct support duties as scheduled.
