Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher with one year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement individual assessments and Individual Support Plans.
• Oversee education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
