Job summary

Keystone Human Services currently seeks Program Supervisors to join our team, delivering individualized, person-directed support across intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. We focus on inclusion and helping people thrive so they can fully participate in society.

As a Program Supervisor, you will lead and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensuring objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance while performing direct support as needed on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of related work experience.
• Associate’s degree with sixty hours and one year related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with related experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure Keystone Human Services meets objectives, adheres to budgets, and complies with regulations while performing direct support duties as per the program schedule and programmatic needs.

Job Details

Full time, non-exempt position $24 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field
• Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
• One year of supervisory experience, preferred
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain the required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes as applicable
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
