Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations, staffing, scheduling and safety.
• Maintain a stable therapeutic environment and ensure coverage 24/7.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and CFLR policies.
• Hires, trains and supervises assigned staff.
• Review service documentation and support continuity of care.
• Track client data, utilization, revenues and expenditures; report as needed.
• Participate in budget development and interdepartmental coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Position is under the general supervision of the Chief of Adult Behavioral Health and Revenue Development.
• Maintains a stable therapeutic environment at Respite and oversees day-to-day program operations, staffing, scheduling, service deliver, documentation and safety.
• Respite operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the Program Supervisor ensures appropriate program coverage.
• Ensures compliance with applicable contractual requirements, program standards and CFLR policies.
• Hires, trains and supervises assigned staff.
• Reviews service documentation and program activities to support appropriate care and continuity of services.
• Tracks client service data, utilization, revenues and expenditures and submits reports as needed.
• Participates in budget development and monitoring.
• Coordinates with CFLT departments and community agencies as needed.
• Provides leadership, guidance and operational problem-solving for the Respite program.
