Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and coordination with other departments to deliver quality care. A strong candidate has leadership skills, attention to documentation, and commitment to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education in psychology, sociology, social work or related fields.
• Experience supervising respite or behavioral health programs preferred.
• Ability to manage staff, scheduling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations, staffing, scheduling and safety.
• Maintain a stable therapeutic environment and ensure coverage 24/7.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and CFLR policies.
• Hires, trains and supervises assigned staff.
• Review service documentation and support continuity of care.
• Track client data, utilization, revenues and expenditures; report as needed.
• Participate in budget development and interdepartmental coordination.
