Easterseals PORT Health in Plymouth, NC is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee home-based supports for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges, ensuring safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement.

You will supervise direct care staff, assist in developing and implementing individualized service plans, and travel within the program area to meet client needs. This role includes a full benefits package and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university approved by USDOE or CHEA.
• Qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a good driving record and insurability.
• Reliable transportation that allows travel throughout the program delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support development and implementation of individualized service plans.
