Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Strong driving skills and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide direct supervision to direct care staff and ensure high-quality supports.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards and support individualized service plans.
