Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Program Supervisor to partner with the Program Director in supporting staff development, program operations, and growth. You will supervise and mentor teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure quality service delivery across our mental health programs for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice.
• Minimum of two years of experience in related field with children, families, community services, behavioral health, or educational programs.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with case management, community-based services, staff development, or program operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing development for team members through training, coaching, performance feedback, and support with evidence-based practice implementation
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations, manage caseload distribution, facilitate staff meetings, and identify staffing needs to ensure effective service delivery
• Support compliance efforts by monitoring documentation, service authorizations, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
• Contribute to budget planning, strategic initiatives, marketing activities, and regional development efforts that support program growth and sustainability
• Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and continuous improvement efforts while providing direct services to families as needed
