Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead staff, oversee program operations, and ensure services are delivered with excellence. You will mentor team members, maintain quality standards, and drive strategic initiatives to support client outcomes and organizational growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field and at least two years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field with children, families, community services, behavioral health, or educational programs.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with case management, community-based services, staff development, or program operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing development for team members through training and coaching.
• Coordinate day-to-day program operations, manage caseload distribution, and staff meetings.
• Support compliance by monitoring documentation, service authorizations, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention while fostering a positive team culture.
• Contribute to budget planning, strategic initiatives, and regional development efforts.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits, while providing direct services as needed.
