Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead staff, oversee program operations, and ensure services are delivered with excellence. You will mentor team members, maintain quality standards, and drive strategic initiatives to support client outcomes and organizational growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field and at least two years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling or related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field with children, families, community services, behavioral health, or educational programs.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with case management, community-based services, staff development, or program operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

As a Program Supervisor at Health Connect America, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting staff, overseeing program operations, and ensuring services are delivered with excellence. By mentoring team members, maintaining quality standards, and helping drive strategic initiatives, you'll contribute to meaningful outcomes for both clients and employees.

What You'll Do

As a Program Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Program Director to support staff development, operational success, and program growth. Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and ongoing development for team members through training, coaching, performance feedback, and support with evidence-based practice implementation
  • Coordinate day-to-day program operations, manage caseload distribution, facilitate staff meetings, and identify staffing needs to ensure effective service delivery
  • Support compliance efforts by monitoring documentation, service authorizations, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Contribute to budget planning, strategic initiatives, marketing activities, and regional development efforts that support program growth and sustainability
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and continuous improvement efforts while providing direct services to families as needed

What to Expect

This is a dynamic leadership role that combines staff supervision, operational oversight, and program development. You'll work closely with Program Directors, direct service providers, referral partners, and community stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.

Success in this position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a passion for helping teams grow and succeed. You'll have opportunities to mentor staff, improve program performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen services for children and families.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required
