Job summary

Community Services Group seeks a Full-Time Program Manager to lead IDD Community Homes, supervise program staff, and ensure high-quality care. You’ll coach teams, coordinate training, and oversee daily operations to support residents’ safety, health, and goals within the community.

You will collaborate with families and providers, manage budgets, and participate in on-call coverage, while fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement across the IDD services.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree with IDD experience and 1 year supervisory experience
• IDD experience with supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication and training abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise Program Supervisors and evaluate staff performance
• Collaborate in interviewing, hiring, and orienting supervisors and direct support staff
• Direct daily operations and ensure health and welfare of individuals
• Provide training on Incident Management and Medication Administration Training
• Assist with home coverage and on-call system participation
• Support inclusion, recovery and community integration for individuals
• Oversee documentation, budgeting, and inventory related to programs
