Job summary

The Program Manager directs daily operations in a community-based residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, overseing medical, financial, social, and emotional needs while guiding staff to deliver compliant, person-centered services.

Lead Direct Support Professionals, ensure licensing, training, safety, and budget management; collaborate with the Program Director to maintain high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in social services or related field and one year of full-time experience in the field of developmental disabilities to manage an ICF‑MR licensed program.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of staff; schedule shifts and oversee payroll hours.
• Lead program planning and ensure licensing compliance and safety.
• Coordinate with Program Director and interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs.
