S:US is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Home Base homeless prevention program, located at 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10035. The role oversees data-driven operations, program activities, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include data reviews, reporting to management, and coordination with stakeholders to meet contractual targets while supporting continuous quality improvement and compliance with regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
• Proven data-collection and analysis experience a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily work of Homebase staff, including Data Manager and Archives Manager.
• Provide periodic data reports and assist in budget targeting and program activities.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and quality assurance practices.
