Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two years in human services field
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Interviews clients to assess housing needs and submits housing applications to community resources
• Conducts groups to discuss housing options and how to secure an apartment
• Accompanies residents to housing interviews, fairs, and to complete housing applications
• Provides housing resources and acts as liaison between landlords and clients
• Refers residents to public assistance and monitors their compliance with HRA and related programs
