Job summary

CAMBA seeks a Program Supervisor at the HomeBase program, based at Fulton Street in Brooklyn. You will oversee case management, ensure funder compliance, and coordinate staff to maintain high-quality services for at-risk individuals and families.

The role reports to the Program Manager, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, and involves weekly conferences, rigorous documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in writing and critiquing client assessments, service plans, progress notes, and recommendations.
• Capable of applying mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios.
• Proficient in Microsoft software, spreadsheet applications, internet software, and database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the establishment and maintenance of professional relationships with clients, while upholding confidentiality.
• Plan and organize program activities to optimize contract goals and performance targets.
• Lead staff, conduct weekly case conferences, and review client progress.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CAMBA management and funders.
• Supervise two or more positions, including interviewing and training new hires.
