Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Full-Time Program Supervisor at our Mitchell location. The role supports program development, quality improvement, and community partnerships, while fostering a high-performing team. The supervisor may provide direct services including HIV/STI testing and prevention activities as needed to keep programs running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations of the Turning the Tide (T3) program ensuring grant and organizational compliance.
Provides programmatic guidance to staff on HIV/STI prevention and service delivery.
Monitors data collection, documentation, and reporting for quality and compliance.
Leads staff development and mentorship to foster high performance.
May provide direct client services, including outreach and testing as needed.
Responds to client concerns and ensures resolution per policies.
Ensures HIV/STI testing aligns with public health guidelines.
Prepares monthly and annual reports.
Oversees partnerships and program sustainability planning.
