Job summary

Dungarvin in Alaska is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee supported living programs. You will combine direct supervision with program coordination and documentation to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating shifts, conducting meetings, and promoting safety, growth, and independence for individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.

This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.
