Dungarvin is seeking a compassionate Program Supervisor to oversee staff and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will document care, supervise teams, and ensure program compliance while fostering a respectful, collaborative environment.

The role combines direct support with administrative duties, including training, meetings, and hands-on guidance to promote independence and safety for those served.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required (due to transporting persons served).
• Good communication skills and ability to document care.
• Two-year degree in related social services or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
