You will ensure accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating services, filling shifts, providing training, and conducting monthly meetings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Two-year degree in related social services or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Person-centered, patient and kind.

• Observant and detail oriented.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors ensure all direct service shifts are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
