Job summary

Sheppard Pratt's Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) in Frederick offers residential programs that provide homes and person-centered supports for individuals. You will be responsible for the management of specific program area(s), including service delivery and supervision of staff, while maintaining regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.

• High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience, including supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license with 3 points or less and access to insured vehicle.

• Monitor day-to-day operations.
• Implement quality improvement systems.
• Assess and coordinate direct support needs of clients.
• Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing supervision/evaluation of staff.

Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) at Sheppard Pratt offer programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential programs that provide homes and person-centered supports. The DDA Residential provides single-family homes throughout the Frederick community to approved individuals.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will be responsible for the management of specific program area(s), including the delivery of services and supervision of staff.
