Spring Dell Center, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a day program in Charles County, MD. The role directs staff, coordinates activities, and ensures services stay person-centered and compliant.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience with scheduling and billing systems, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers full-time hours with an 8am–4pm shift and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising staff in a day program or similar setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to use technology for documentation and scheduling.
• Familiarity with DDA/ICM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the day program and ensure services are compliant and person-centered.
• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of center-based and community opportunities and training.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitor program activities and staffing.
• Coordinate daily schedules for all including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities.
• Demonstrate understanding of agency software (iCM) and DDA Regulations and LTSS billing.
