Job summary

The Mary T Family of Companies in Millersville, MD is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead our Day Program and serve as a pivotal on-site leader. This full-time role requires strong people management, program oversight, and hands-on involvement as needed.

You will supervise direct support staff, manage scheduling and budgeting, ensure program standards, complete evaluations, and coordinate with medical and community partners to support person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience serving people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision and oversight to direct support staff.
• Ensure proper training and onboarding of program staff.
• Attend and assist in monthly staff meetings.
• Write and complete evaluations for direct support staff.
• Provide direct care as required per program needs.
• Oversee execution of person-centered plans and outcomes.
• Review and complete person served paperwork in compliance with licensing standards.
