The Arc Ontario is seeking a Program Supervisor for Community Habilitation in Canandaigua, NY. You will oversee daily operations, supervise DSPs, coordinate schedules, ensure regulatory compliance and support meaningful habilitation services that promote independence, community participation, and personal growth.

This full-time position requires training staff, managing staffing patterns, and maintaining safe, healthy environments while building positive relationships with families and community

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience.
• Field- specific experience preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire.

Aufgaben

• Provides training to newly hired DSPs and coaches staff to perform their duties at sites.
• Ensures site schedules meet individuals' needs and staffing minimums while minimizing overtime.
• Accompanies individuals to off-site activities and community outings, assisting with planning and transportation.
