Responsibilities

• Perform staff management functions including recruitment, orientation and training, direct supervision, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Supervise Day Hab staff to ensure services are delivered efficiently and meet participant needs.
• Collaborate with management on program planning, records, and individualized service provision.
