Job summary

The Arc Ontario in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Community Learning Centers, Day Hab/Pre‑Voc, Community Habilitation, and Recreation programs. You will supervise direct support professionals, coordinate staffing, support training and hiring, ensure services meet OPWDD standards, and monitor documentation and billing.

• Bachelor's Degree and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience.
• NYS driver's license and safe driving record for 1 full year prior to hire date

Responsibilities

• Works independently of the site Manager and serves as primary supervisor for assigned staff.
• Ensures individual plans support community participation and timely documentation and billing.
• Accompanies individuals to off-site activities and provides supervision and skills training.
• Completes recreation calendar, site newsletter, and maintains meeting minutes.
• Conducts regular QA checks and assists with meetings and feedback from staff and participants
