The Arc Ontario in Canandaigua, NY is seeking a Day Habilitation Manager to lead Day Hab and Creative Expressions programs. You will supervise staff, plan services, and safeguard participant rights while advancing the agency mission and values.

The role requires a BA/BS in Human Services and over three years of supervisory experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Full-time, standard weekday schedule with some flexibility is expected.

• Supervise Day Hab staff, including recruitment, orientation and training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Oversee day program planning to ensure individualized services, quality delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to support participant rights, independence, and integration.
