Merakey seeks a Program Supervisor - Blended Case Manager in North Philadelphia, PA. The role oversees program operations, provides staff supervision, and ensures high-quality service delivery. The position may include managing a small caseload and leading teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a BCM Supervisor.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support program staff (4-7 direct reports).
• Assign workloads and responsibilities based on program needs and staff strengths.
• Conduct regular staff check-ins and provide performance feedback; support ongoing training initiatives.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals served by enforcing policies and best practices.
• Respond to incidents and crises following established protocols.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with standards and goals.
• Coordinate daily operations and communicate between staff, participants, families, and departments.
• Serve as a resource for problem-solving, collaboration, and program improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Position Description:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of program operations, staff supervision, and service delivery. Reporting to the Program Director or Senior Director, this role ensures high-quality services, supports program staff, and promotes positive outcomes for individuals served. The Program Supervisor may also maintain a small caseload while providing leadership and operational support.
