Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, support, and scheduling for Residential Advisors and Peer Support Specialists.
• Monitor daily documentation and shift notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular supervision and team meetings.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Support and ensure compliance with individual service plans.
• Monitor the physical site, including cleanliness, safety, and necessary maintenance.
• Participate in incident review, response, and follow-up.
• Facilitate group activities that support recovery and independent living.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
