Devereux is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to oversee direct support professionals and daily operations of residential facilities in Berwyn and surrounding PA communities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services and ensuring safety, emotional well-being, and social integration for adults with special needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in human services, at least three years of experience in behavioral health, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities in Berwyn and surrounding PA.
• Ensure services meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals.
• Uphold Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clinical and nursing staff to maintain high-quality care.
